Cancer Survivors IRC Group exists to provide support and understanding for cancer sufferers, survivors and their families. Most of the members of this group are sufferers or survivors who have first hand experience.

On this website and in our online chat channels, you will find support and understanding from others with the same illnesses. Some of the channels are new and just starting and some are well established channels. #cancer-survivors on efnet irc is one of the oldest cancer chats on the net starting between 1994 and 1995. In any of the channels that you go to be sure to hang around for a little while so you can catch other members, just jumping in and out doesn't get the chats started at all. We have found that talking to others in the same boat that understand really helps a lot.

Our cancer chat is real time, not a bulletin board or forum. That means you can have a conversation, ask questions, share concerns and find support straight away.
